




Partners In Play is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded by many of the long time, dedicated staff of physical and occupational therapist from ABC Therapies, Inc. ABC Therapies has been providing pediatric occupational and physical therapy services to children with special needs in Delaware County for the past 16 years. ABC Therapy boasts that more than half of our staff has over 20 years of experience with a wide range of pediatric therapy experience to include specialty certification in neurodevelopmental treatment and sensory integration. Several staff members have gone on for further training in: hippotherapy, master gardening, and swimming with hopes to provide quality recreational programs for the children we serve. Partners In Play has been providing recreational opportunities for children with special needs since 2001.
The program is designed for children 5 - 13 years old with sensory processing impairments and/or physical disabilities.
Fridays, June 20, 27; July 11, 18, 25; and August 1 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m
The Summer Rainbow Program is open to children with special needs between the ages 4 and 7 (just completed kindergarten in 2007- 08 school year). The program is limited to two groups of eight children identified with special needs who have a current IEP and qualify in at least two areas of need.
The camp is held two days per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Four-day sessions are not available.
Partner's in Play is conducting their annual Spring flower sale fundraiser. Orders are due by April 1st and can be picked up during the week of May 8th, just in time for Mother's Day.
